Clark family recipe for Yellow Cake Mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Cups Self Rising Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk then
  2. flour , beating after adding each ingredient until creamy.
  3. Spray 3 round cake pans with Pam, pour equally and bake until
  4. golden brown.

Notes

Any frosting would be good on this cake. Chocolate, of course, is the best! :)
