Clark family recipe for Vegetable Soup.
Ingredients
- tomatoes (fresh is best for all vegetables, but canned or frozencan be used)
- corn
- okra
- butterbeans
- onion
- garlic powder
- salt / pepper
- 2 cups corn
- 2 cups okra (cut in rounds)
- 2 cups butterbeans
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- In saucepan add tomatoes (if canned use large)
- salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook till all vegetables are tender. Any other vegetable can be
- added if desired. Stir during cooking to be sure corn does not stick
- to bottom of pan.
