Clark family recipe for Thousand Island Dressing.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
• 3 tbsps Pickle relish
• 3 tbsps catsup or cocktail sauce
• 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

1. Mix all of the above well. Can leave chunky or if preferred can be
2. blended smooth. Any of the ingred. can be increased or decreased
3. according to taste.
