Clark family recipe for Talk Talk"s Blueberry Pie.

Ingredients

  • 1 can blueberry pie filling (could be strawberry or cherry, as well)
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 large Cool Whip (13 oz)
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Pie Crusts

Instructions

  1. Prepare crust according to package and allow to cool.
  2. Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
  3. Add half of Cool Whip to mixture.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add layer of this on bottom of crust then layer the fruit mixture.
  6. Top with other half of Cool Whip.

I remember having this at Talk Talk's house. I don't love blueberries, but I loved it at her house! I recently found her recipe, handwritten by her!! I miss that girl!!
