Clark family recipe for Spaghetti and Meatballs.

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground round 1 box spaghetti
• 1 small can tomato paste
• 1 small can tomato sauce
• 1 envelope of dry sauce mix
• garlic powder
• worchestershire sauce
• A 1 sauce
• parsley
• basil
• 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

1. Heat large skillet.
2. In a medium bowl add ground round, 3 TBS of dry sauce mix,
3. garlic powder, basil, parsley,steak sauces and mix well.
4. Form meat into meatballs and brown in skillet. Drain on paper
5. towels and pour out drippings and add a little water to deglaze pan
6. and add to sauce pan.
7. In a different medium sauce pan add tomato sauce,paste and
8. remaining dry sauce mix. Add garlic, basil,
9. parsley,worchestershire, A1 and 1 tsp sugar and salt and pepper to
10. taste. Simmer until noodles are done and serve over noodles.
