Clark family recipe for Sausage Balls.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Bisquick
- 2 lbs. sausage (hot or mild, your choice)
- 20 oz. shredded cheese
Instructions
- Mix all 3 ingredients together... you'll probably have to use your
- hands! Roll into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Spray your baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
Notes
These are yummy as appetizers or for a breakfast/brunch item. Dannah doesn't like sausage but she loves these!!
