Clark family recipe for Poppyseed Chicken Casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tub of sour cream
- 3 TBS poppyseed
- 1 large roll ritz crackers crushed
- 1 stick melted butter
- chopped chicken from a whole chicken
Instructions
- Boil chicken until done, let cool and de bone.
- Mix together soup and sour cream set aside
- Melt butter in a small bowl add crushed ritz crackers and
- poppyseed.
- In a 9 X 13 put chicken on bottom. Add soup and sour cream
- mixture on top of this. Add cracker mixture on top.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
