Clark family recipe for Pineapple Upsidedown cake.
Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 and 1/2 to 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 box cake mix prepared per instructions on box
Instructions
- melt butter in the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan.
- Add enough brown sugar to soak up butter and stir until dissolved.
- Pour can of pineapple on top of this.
- Add prepared cake mix on top of this and bake at 350° until golden
- brown or until done in the middle.
