Clark family recipe for Onion Rings.
Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- flour
- buttermilk
Instructions
- Peel and slice onion into 1/4 to 1/2 inch rings. Separate rings, put
- in bowl and pour buttermilk over rings. (about 3/4 cup. buttermilk.
- Be sure rings are wet with the milk and coat with flour (Self rising)
- Coat well, but knock off access. Deep fry to a golden brown. Serve
- warm.
