Clark family recipe for Mississippi Mud.
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter 1 box powdered sugar
- 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup cocoa
- 2 Tbs cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 7 oz marshmallow cream
Instructions
- Cream sugar, cocoa and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix. Add
- flour and nuts. Beat 2 minutes. Greased pan rectangular. Bake
- 350° for 35 40 minutes. While hot, spread marshmallow over the
- top. Cool and ice.
- Icing Mix together powdered sugar, milk, butter and cocoa until
- creamy.

Can you say DELICIOUS?!?! So great with a big tall glass of milk!!
