Clark family recipe for Mee Maws Russian Tea Cakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix first three ingredients.
  2. Add the next three.
  3. Form dough into small balls and bake 400°
  4. Roll in confectioners sugar right out of oven.
