Clark family recipe for MaryAnn"s Strawberry Congealed Salad.

Ingredients

  • 1, 6 oz. strawberry jello
  • 1 pkg. unflavored Knox gelatin
  • 1 sm can crushed pineapple
  • 1 lrg. pkg frozen strawberries
  • 1, 8 oz.sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Boil 1 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix jellos together and add to water. Stir in pineapple, strawberries
  2. and pecans.
  3. Pour half of this mixture into a mold or an 8 X 8 pan. Let it set up
  4. and spread sour cream on top and add the other half of mixture.
  5. Refridgerate until set.
