Clark family recipe for MaryAnn"s Strawberry Congealed Salad.
Ingredients
- 1, 6 oz. strawberry jello
- 1 pkg. unflavored Knox gelatin
- 1 sm can crushed pineapple
- 1 lrg. pkg frozen strawberries
- 1, 8 oz.sour cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Boil 1 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Mix jellos together and add to water. Stir in pineapple, strawberries
- and pecans.
- Pour half of this mixture into a mold or an 8 X 8 pan. Let it set up
- and spread sour cream on top and add the other half of mixture.
- Refridgerate until set.
