Clark family recipe for Mama Clark"s Pecan Pie.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Dark Karo
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 Stick Butter (melted)
- 1 Tbs. Flour
- 1 Cup Pecan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Cream sugar, flour and eggs. Add other
- ingredients. Bake in deep dish pie shell for approximately 45
- minutes. It is done when it jiggles just a little bit in the middle
- when shaken!! Remember, it will still appear not done, but will set
- up when cool.
