Clark family recipe for Mama Clark"s Pecan Pie.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Dark Karo
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Stick Butter (melted)
  • 1 Tbs. Flour
  • 1 Cup Pecan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Cream sugar, flour and eggs. Add other
  2. ingredients. Bake in deep dish pie shell for approximately 45
  3. minutes. It is done when it jiggles just a little bit in the middle
  4. when shaken!! Remember, it will still appear not done, but will set
  5. up when cool.
