Clark family recipe for Lyonnaise Potatoes.
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Onion
- Olive oil
- Garlic Salt
Instructions
- Peel and cut 4 medium irish potatoes into approx. 1/4" slices, cut 1
- med. onion into strips. Pour small amout of olive oil into pan, heat
- and add potatoes and onions. Slowly saute until tender,(stir
- occasionally) and let some of the potatoes slightly brown. Sprinkle
- with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Notes
Great as a side dish with almost anything. Sides & Vegetables
