Clark family recipe for Lyonnaise Potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic Salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut 4 medium irish potatoes into approx. 1/4" slices, cut 1
  2. med. onion into strips. Pour small amout of olive oil into pan, heat
  3. and add potatoes and onions. Slowly saute until tender,(stir
  4. occasionally) and let some of the potatoes slightly brown. Sprinkle
  5. with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Notes

Great as a side dish with almost anything. Sides & Vegetables
