Clark family recipe for Lisa"s Hot Fudge Sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix sugar, cocoa & milk in pan; add butter. Stir over low med
- heat, allowing sugar mixture to melt. Bring to a boil and boil
- without stirring for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and add
- vanilla.
- Can be stored in air tight container in refrigerator for 3 5 days.
