Clark family recipe for Lisa"s Hot Fudge Sauce.

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 3 tbsp cocoa
• 1/4 stick butter
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

1. Mix sugar, cocoa & milk in pan; add butter. Stir over low med
2. heat, allowing sugar mixture to melt. Bring to a boil and boil
3. without stirring for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and add
4. vanilla.
5. Can be stored in air tight container in refrigerator for 3 5 days.
