Clark family recipe for Impossibly Easy Ham and Swiss Pie.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cut up fully cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
- 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and
- onion in pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour
- into pie plate.
- Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out
- clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Mee Maw says this is GREAT! It makes its' own crust with the Bisquick! Impossibly easy!!
