Clark family recipe for Impossibly Easy Ham and Swiss Pie.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cut up fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and
  2. onion in pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour
  3. into pie plate.
  4. Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out
  5. clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Mee Maw says this is GREAT! It makes its' own crust with the Bisquick! Impossibly easy!!
