Clark family recipe for Funeral Chicken.
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts
- worcestershire sauce
- ranch dressing (bottled)
Instructions
- Pour small amount of sauce into baking dish. Place chicken in
- dish, top with ranch dressing. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25
- minutes (depending on size of chicken). Top with grated cheddar
- cheese and cook 5 to 10 minutes longer till cheese melts.
Notes
If chicken is large pieces, I cut them in half (lengthwise). You can use chicken tenders but do not overcook. We gave it this name because it was served for a dinner after a funeral and we all liked it, but had no other name for it.
