Clark family recipe for Fried Okra.

Ingredients

  • Lots of fresh okra
  • salt
  • flour
  • veg. oil

Instructions

  1. Wash okra.
  2. Slice okra into small pieces.
  3. Salt really well and let them sit for about 30 minutes.
  4. Pour flour over them to cover all okra and toss.
  5. Sift unused flour out of okra pieces.
  6. Fry in batches and drain on paper towels

Make a lot of this when you make it because everybody loves it!!
