Clark family recipe for Fried Okra.
Ingredients
- Lots of fresh okra
- salt
- flour
- veg. oil
Instructions
- Wash okra.
- Slice okra into small pieces.
- Salt really well and let them sit for about 30 minutes.
- Pour flour over them to cover all okra and toss.
- Sift unused flour out of okra pieces.
- Fry in batches and drain on paper towels
