Clark family recipe for Deviled Eggs.
Ingredients
- Eggs
- salt
- pepper
- mustard
- mayonaise
Instructions
- Boil eggs in heavily salted water.
- Turn heat off and keep covered for 20 minutes.
- Pour water off and run cold water over them.
- Peel eggs.
- Cut in half and take yolk out putting yolk in a bowl
- Mix yolk with mayonnaise,mustard, salt and pepper. You want it
- to be creamy not dry and crumbly.
Notes
If you want it a spicy- you can add red pepper to yolk mixture.
