Clark family recipe for Deviled Eggs.

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mustard
  • mayonaise

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs in heavily salted water.
  2. Turn heat off and keep covered for 20 minutes.
  3. Pour water off and run cold water over them.
  4. Peel eggs.
  5. Cut in half and take yolk out putting yolk in a bowl
  6. Mix yolk with mayonnaise,mustard, salt and pepper. You want it
  7. to be creamy not dry and crumbly.

Notes

If you want it a spicy- you can add red pepper to yolk mixture.
