Clark family recipe for Crab Cakes.
Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn cleaned and whole kernal cut off
- 1 leek sliced thinly use as much or as little of this as you like
- 3/4 cup cream or half and half
Instructions
- In same skillet melt 1 TBS butter and add corn and leeks. Toss
- until tender and add cream. Cook about 1 minute and it will
- reduce.
