Clark family recipe for Chocolate Sheet Cake.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain flour Icing
  • 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup butter 1 box conf sugar
  • 2 sticke of butter 2 TBS cocoa 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 TBS cocoa 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup water Melt butter and cocoa then add milk,
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • frosting: 8 oz cream cheese
  • frosting: 1/2 stick butter (can be cut to 1/4 stick butter)
  • frosting: 1 box powdered sugar
  • frosting: 1 tsp vanilla
  • frosting: 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add chocolate chips.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes
  3. FROSTING:
  4. Put cream cheese & butter in bowl and mix until smooth; add
  5. vanilla. Mix in sugar in small amounts until creamy. Can add milk,
  6. 1 tsp at a time, until creamy.
