Clark family recipe for Chili Cheese Egg Casserole.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 4 oz can diced green chilies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Mix baking powder, flour and dry mustard.
- Beat in eggs.
- Blend in remaining ingredients.
- Batter will be slightly lumpy.
- Grease casserole dish and pour in.
- Bake for 25 35 min or until firm in middle.
