Clark family recipe for Chicken Taco Salad.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless breasts
- 2 TBS seasoning ( task seasoning or
- Chuck Roast
- 3/4 lb. chuch roast
- salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 1 medium onion
- worcestershire sauce
- dressing: 3/4 cups Ranch Dressing
- dressing: 1/4 cups Salsa
- dressing: 3 TBS chopped cilantro
- dressing: OR
- dressing: Spicy Ranch Dressing (at grocery)
Instructions
- Season roast as desired, place in baking dish. Quarter onion and
- place around roast, pour 3 to 4 tbsp. worcestershire over roast.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees 31/2 to 4 hours. Remove meat from
- broth, heat to boiling on stove and add tomato sauce. Heat enough
- to mix well.
Notes
Roast is to be pulled or served as chunks. Will not slice. Place meat on platter and pour gravy over.
