Clark family recipe for Chicken & Broccoli Casserole.
Ingredients
- 3 4 chicken breasts (cooked and cut into bite size pieces)
- 2, 10 oz packages frozen broccoli (I like fresh too many stalks in frozen)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp curry powder (I do not use)
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Cook Broccoli. Place in a greased casserole dish (9 x 13) Place
- chicken over broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice & curry
- powder. Spread over chicken.
- Top with cheese and then cracker crumbs.
- Bake @ 350° for 30 35 minutes.
