Clark family recipe for Chess Cake.

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 egg
  • 1 stick butter (Melted)
  • 1 8oz. cream cheese
  • 1 box confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix, 1 egg and butter. Press mixture into 13 X 9 baking
  2. dish
  3. Mix cream cheese (at room temp.), conf. sugar and 2 eggs and
  4. pour on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45
  5. minutes. When cool, cut into squares and serve.
