Clark family recipe for Cajun Turkey Breast.
Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup apple cide vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons paprika
- 1 Tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 browning bag.
Instructions
- Brush turkey with butter. Place turkey in a browning bag. Mix
- remaining ingredients together and pour over turkey in the bag.
- Bake at 300° for 4 hours.
Notes
Don't open the bag the whole cooking time!! It will stay tender that way! This is so good with rolls or as a meat entree. This originated from Lynn DeLoach.
