Clark family recipe for Black Eyed Pea Salsa.

Ingredients

  • 1 can black eyed peas, drained
  • 1 can shoepeg corn
  • 1 can spicy Rotel tomatoes
  • 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 jar Braswell pepper relish
  • 1/2 c chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 -1/2 c olive oil
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • (optional) red peppers
  • (optional) avocado
  • (optional) onions

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and chill for an hour or so for best
  2. results. Serve with tortilla chips
