Clark family recipe for Black Eyed Pea Salsa.
Ingredients
- 1 can black eyed peas, drained
- 1 can shoepeg corn
- 1 can spicy Rotel tomatoes
- 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 jar Braswell pepper relish
- 1/2 c chopped cilantro
- 1/4 -1/2 c olive oil
- 1 clove fresh garlic, finely chopped
- (optional) red peppers
- (optional) avocado
- (optional) onions
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and chill for an hour or so for best
- results. Serve with tortilla chips
