Better than Take-out Fried Rice

Clark family recipe for Better than Take-out Fried Rice.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup peas and carrots, frozen
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup "good" soy sauce
Instructions
- Prepare rice.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, peas and carrots.
- Stir fry until tender.
- Crack eggs into pan and scramble, mixing throughout vegetables.
- Add rice and soy sauce.
- Add more soy sauce if it seems dry.
- You can add rotisserie chicken to this or serve with Honey
- Teriyaki Chicken.
Notes
Make sure eggs are completely cooked with vegetables. They will look like scrambled eggs when done.
