Clark family recipe for Beef Stroganoff.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 Tbs flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Brown onions in butter then brown ground beef. Add flour and stir.
- Add soup, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook on low heat for 20
- minutes. Fold in sour cream.
- Serve over buttered noodles.
Notes
The onions get really soft, so all you picky people (Dannah) won't even know they're in there!!
