Clark family recipe for Beef and Macaroni (Goulash).
Ingredients
- Ground chuck
- Macaroni
- Tomatoe sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- A 1 sauce
- Heniz 57 sauce
- onion
- garlic powder
Instructions
- Brown 1 to 1/2 lbs ground chuck (drain grease when browned)
- Add 1 can tomatoe sauce, 1/2 cup water and 1 cup macaroni, 1
- small
- chopped onion (optional, but makes much better). Add small
- amount of each sauce, probably 2 tsp. each. Season with salt,
- pepper and garlic powder. Cover and let cook slowly till macaroni
- is tender. If more water is needed, add small amount. Let it cook
- out before serving.
Notes
This can be served as is, or can be put into baking dish and topped with cheddar cheese. Place in oven till cheese is melted. Do not overcook
