Clark family recipe for Apricot Tenderloin.
Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 jar apricot jelly
- 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 1 2 pork tenderloins
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and brown all sides of the pork
- tenderloin.
- Take pork out and stir in jelly with remaining butter. Put pork back
- in pan and pour this mixture over it. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
- Mix gravy according to package and pour over tenderloin and cook
- for another 15 minutes.
Notes
This is really good with mashed potatoes and fried okra! Love the combination!
