Clark family recipe for Apricot Tenderloin.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 jar apricot jelly
  • 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
  • 1 2 pork tenderloins

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan and brown all sides of the pork
  2. tenderloin.
  3. Take pork out and stir in jelly with remaining butter. Put pork back
  4. in pan and pour this mixture over it. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
  5. Mix gravy according to package and pour over tenderloin and cook
  6. for another 15 minutes.

Notes

This is really good with mashed potatoes and fried okra! Love the combination!
